Hey guys,

I think we decided on reading Homer's Iliad, right? It doesn't matter to me how we read it, but as an initial suggestion, each person can translate in chunks giving vocab and odd grammatical points or a translation with minimal vocab (although translations are already available as you all know). Dividing it up might be the quickest, especially since that's the point.

What do you guys think?

Yeah this sounds like a good idea, though maybe we should read something more difficult than Homer.  Maybe Demosthenes or Lysias?  Chris: Let's try and figure out who all wants to read with us, can we send in e-mail to remind people or something?
